Description

Offers a comprehensive, 7 or 14-session, family skills training designed to develop and strengthen parents confidence in their ability to supervise, support and communicate with their children. The Strengthening Families program helps parents and children as follows: Establish family routines, Learn communication skills, Identify and institute rules that support the families ability to thrive with all members involved in its success.

As the official Prevention Resource Center for Bergen County and parts of Passaic County, it offers resources, programs, and support to strengthen families and promote healthy lifestyles.
