Laughter Yoga is a unique concept, scientifically proven to release stress, reduce pain and improve health/social skills. You do not have to do any Yoga postures in this kind of Yoga! Laughter Therapy can be effectively done with school children, people with special needs and those in recovery, cancer patients, social clubs, corporate organizations and senior citizens.
