Provides an educational program for children, 3 - 21 years old, with physical disabilities including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spinal bifida, and other developmental delays. Incorporates physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as recreational, social services, community-based instruction, and nursing services.
