Childbirth Class | Cooper University Hospital
Offers classes to prepare for the birth of another child by reviewing the labor and delivery process, relearning relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as exploring the newest tools for enhancing the childbirth experience. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring two pillows and a blanket to class. Classes are taught by registered nurses, certified in childbirth instruction, and are designed for couples who have had previous childbirth preparation.
