Description

Provides information and referral assistance, linkages to community resources, and help completing various forms, such as those for rent abatement, taxes, Lifeline, Social Security, Home Energy, PAAD, and other health insurance forms. Any assistance that can be provided to a senior is given by the Office on Aging. Home visits are often provided for incapacitated and homebound senior customers.
