Application process

Please call to schedule an appointment for intake. All applicants must complete a Homeless Management Information System (NJHMIS) Client Consent Single Intake form for each household member.

Eligibility

Open to County residents who: - Are NOT receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), General Assistance (GA), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) - Have not received any of the above benefits for more than 4 consecutive months within the last calendar year- Have a household income, including employment, unemployment benefits, social security, or pension- Are at imminent risk of homelessness due to short-term issues
