Eligibility

- Veterans of all wars who served on active duty and were honorably discharged- Qualified National Guard/Reserve Retirees- Veteran's spouse/widow/widower (must be at least 50 years of age and must have been married to the veteran for a period of not less than 10 years)- Gold Star Parent (parents of members of the military who were killed in action during a period of war)

- This facility is not in network with any HMO/Medicare Advantage Card and does not participate in Medicaid program.- Recommend Medicare A & B and secondary insurance.- Recommend Medicare D or other prescription coverage.

Offers occupational, physical, speech and recreational therapy and a wide range of other services includes dental, podiatric, dermatological, ophthalmological, orientation for new residents, family support groups, educational programs, individual and Group Counseling.
