Comstock Respite Grant | Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration

Offers respite grants of up to $500, for full-time, unpaid care partners to attend to their own emotional, psychological and physical well-being. Types of respite care funded by the grant can include but not limited to, in-home care services, adult day services, short-term overnight care at home or at a nursing facility.
