Provides individuals in a day habilitation program centered on sustainability and gardening, featuring activity stations like composting, rain barrel production, and farm-to-fork kitchen. Also provides opportunities for personal interests and socialization, such as creating a center newsletter and participating in book clubs. Regular community integration activities, including library trips and visits to farms and wildlife refuges, are offered.

Please call or email for application information. An intake assessment is required. Applicants must be referred to the organization by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Referrals must be submitted by the individual's DDD Support Coordinator.

Open to developmentally disabled individuals, ages 21 and older. Applicants must be eligible for services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and be eligible for Medicaid.
