Assists male adolescents and youth in transitional living situations through HomeBase, offering structured support for those at risk of losing their placement or lacking family resources. Residents stay 6 to 18 months in a group home or up to one year in a supported apartment, where they develop independent living plans, receive life and social skills training, and obtain employment and education assistance.

Application process

The program accepts referrals from Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP), community providers, clergy, and self-referrals.

Eligibility

Open to homless male youth, ages 16 through 20.
