Description
Provides a 5 bed semi-supervised transitional living program for youth ages 18 - 21 years who are either considered homeless or aging out of systemic care. Clients are assisted with independent living skills that they will become sufficent adults. and search for permanent housing. Referral for other types of service is provided.
