Aims to foster optimal child development, enhancing a child's learning achievement. The program includes personal in-home visits, group activities, development screenings, and networking the family with community resources.

Prevent Child Abuse New Jersey
Promotes positive parenting and healthy child development. Also educate parents, provide training and technical assistance to youth/family serving organizations and schools, and keep community members informed.
