Family Mentor Program | Jewish Family Service - Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties
Provides in-home support, information and advocacy for families with children under age 10, families with children with disabilities, and isolated or frail older adults. The mentor arranges for home visits at convenient times and with the family plans activities based on goals the family establishes.
