Provides a range of public services, including:- Offering print materials like books, Large Print books, local newspapers, and magazines- Providing audiovisual materials such as DVD's/VT's, books on CD, and book and CD kits- Granting access to electronic resources, including online databases, downloadable audiobooks, and ebooks- Facilitating statewide interlibrary loan services- Offering computer access with MS Office products- Providing free wifi throughout the building- Conducting community programs like Storytime, craft sessions, and family movie times- Hosting summer reading programs- Conducting training classes on basic computer skills, job-seeking skills, and High School Equivalency- Offering access to social service programs, including housing assistance for veterans and the Food stamps/SNAP program- Providing meeting and tutoring spaces, with an application required for the former- Supporting community advocacy and fundraising through Friends of the Millville Library

Application process
Millville residents can register for a free library card with an acceptable ID with name and address. Acceptable forms of ID include: - Unexpired license or registration - NJ photo id - Recent (within one month) utility bill, property tax bill, or pay stub - Current NJ state insurance card - Current lease - Unexpired vehicle insurance card
Eligibility
In-house services and resources are available to everyone, i.e. computers/Internet access, classes, programs, etc.. Borrowing privileges are limited to residents of Millville, Bridgeton, and Vineland with those libraries' respective cards. Others may enjoy borrowing privileges for an annual fee.
