Healthy Weight and Your Child | The Gateway Family YMCA
Provides a 4-month, family-based weight management program for children ages 7 - 13 with obesity. The program focuses on teaching participants healthy eating and potential changes to live a healthier life, including physical activitiy. Sessions are twice a week for ten weeks, and transition to weekly for five weeks.

Eligibility
Children age 7-13 in the 95th percentile of body mass index. Each child must receive clearance from a school nurse or healthcare provider.
