Provides free or low-cost health care to assist in paying for medical bills, doctor visits, and prescriptions for certain low-income individuals or families. . Children age 18 and younger may be eligible for New Jersey FamilyCare if their family's total income before taxes is at or below 355% of the Federal Poverty Level.
