Asbury Park Rights of Passage (ROP) | Covenant House New Jersey
Offers a transitional living facility for homeless and at risk youth who have shown the maturity to maintain apartment-style living with a little less supervision. The goal of ROP is to ease the transition from homelessness to independence, setting them up for success - and breaking the cycle of homelessness - when they move out on their own.

Call for an intake assessment.
Eligibility
Open to all young people between the ages of 18 and 21 who are homeless or at-risk. Youth who are in need of residential services and have shown the maturity to maintain an apartment and make progress in their educational, employment, and other goals that will lead them to long-term independence.
