Assists pregnant women and their families through weekly 90 minute home visits and bi-weekly group socialization events. Home Visitors also assist families in securing healthcare services for both the mother and infant, as well as, childcare service after the baby is born. In addition, through their partnership with Rutgers School of Nursing, expecting mothers will have the benefit of being seen by a nurse.
