Center for Mental Health | Atlantic Health System - Newton Medical Center
Provides outreach services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, offering triage through the "Access to Care" department, 24-hour crisis intervention via emergency phone line services, and specialized crisis services for children and the elderly. Additionally, outpatient alcohol and substance abuse treatment services are available for adolescents, adults, and families, alongside individual, couple, family, and group treatment programs at the Vernon Center. The Opal II program provides supportive housing case management, facilitating independent living in a less restrictive community setting while ensuring stable and affordable housing.
