Eligibility
Open to students in the service area who are legally blind that are either:- currently in high school and will be incoming college freshmen, OR- already attending or planning to attend graduate school (Master's degree, PhD, MD, JD, or other post-baccalaureate degree)

Description
Provides legally blind high school students in the United States the opportunity to earn a scholarship, based upon strong academic accomplishments and merit. A single scholarship is also awarded to a current or prospective graduate student who is legally blind.
