Intoxicated Driver Resource Center | Burlington County Department of Human Services
Educates and assesses individuals convicted of DUI, including drunk and drugged drivers and underage drinkers. The court mandates these offenders to participate in the IDRC program, and non-compliance may result in license revocation and potential incarceration. Anyone convicted of "Driving Under the Influence" is required to attend a court-mandated DWI Offenders program. This program integrates drug and alcohol education, evaluation, treatment referral, and monitoring when necessary, serving as an alternative to a jail term.
