Early Childhood Development Center I | PROCEED

Provides free, quality, full-day preschool education for Elizabeth residents. Children are provided with a stimulating curriculum, as well as time to play and socialize with other children. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. The program continues through the summer months as well, to allow parents to continue their career or educational pursuits. Bilingual teaching services are available.

Application process

Children must first be enrolled with the Elizabeth Board of Education to qualify for services. Registration dates and times for preschool students can be found by calling the Office of Early Childhood Education.

Eligibility

Open to Elizabeth residents. This program is an Abbott Preschool, and no income guidelines need to be met in order to receive free services.
