Open to low income families residing in Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren Counties and Suburban Essex which includes the Caldwells, Cedar Grove, Essex Fells, Fairfield, Glen Ridge, Livingston, Millburn-Short Hills, Montclair, Roseland, and Verona.
