A fitness program for individuals with Parkinson's Disease that optimizes their physical function and helps to delay the progression of their symptoms. The program motivates participants to develop a habit of consistent exercise routines best Sted to their individual needs. Each class includes exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance.
