Permanently and totally disabled, age 16 to 65, meet income and resource guidelines. In order to qualify for this program, an individual must have earned income at or less than 250% of the federal poverty level and have unearned income at or less than 100% of the federal poverty level. Resources must be less than $20.000 for an individual and $30,000 for a couple.
