Eligibility

Individuals seeking Housing Assistance- Facing imminent threat of homelessness or eviction notice- Mercer County Resident- Annual income does not exceed 2.5 times the federal poverty level for household- Have found or plan to stay in housing less than 70% of net monthly income- Agree to provide portion of the amount owedIndividuals seeking Utility Assistance- Current shut-off notice- Total balance does not exceed $1,500- Mercer County resident- Annual income does not exceed 3 times the federal poverty level for household
