Description
Offers a residential option for intellectually or developmentally disabled adults not requiring 24-hour care, where they reside independently within the community in private homes or apartments. Staff provide daily living aid, transportation, budgeting, medical appointment support, social activities, and community resource assistance, with 24-hour on-call support available.
