Description
Provides an interactive group workshop for individuals with chronic pain such as arthritis, back pain, neck pain, headache, or pelvic pain. Participants learn the skills to manage their pain on day-to-day basis through exercise, healthy eating, and cognitive pain management. Also teaches how to manage fatigue, sleep problems, difficult emotions, weight loss, and inter-family communication between friends and coworkers.
