Fee

Service coordination and evaluation are available at no cost. Direct services are available at no cost for families with incomes below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. A sliding fee scale is available for families with income levels above the 300% Federal Poverty Guideline.

Eligibility

All children are eligible for evaluation if their families are concerned. Service eligibility is based on an evidence-based Developmental Evaluation for residents in the Monmouth or Burlington area.
