New Jersey Caregiver Assistance Program/New Jersey Ease Home Care Program provides in-home services to supplement the assistance an individual receives from his/her/natural support network of family, friends, neighbors, as well as from community agencies and volunteer groups. Individuals must be age 65+ or totally disabled and in need of nursing home level of care.
