Description

Provides outreach, rapid response, and homeless resource navigation services to vulnerable individuals who are experiencing homelessness or in crisis. Services include: treatment, housing, employment, education, and legal assistance. Also mobilizes impact teams to provide direct and rapid response outreach and immediate services. Homeless individuals may receive assistance in returning to their point of origin, depending on funding availability.
