Open to Hunterdon County residents with both a developmental disability and a mental health disorder, who meet the following qualifications:Severe and chronic developmental disability diagnosed before the age of 22 Diagnosis likely to continue indefinitelyHave a recognized mental health and/or behavioral health disorder diagnosisMust be non-suicidal or non-homicidalHas substantial functional limitations in three or more of the following areas of major life activity including:Self-care Receptive and expressive languageLearning mobilitySelf-directionCapacity for independent living/economic self-sufficiencyReflects the need for a combination and a sequence of special inter-disciplinary or generic care, treatment or other services which are of life-long or extended duration and are individually planned and coordinated

Offers psychiatric services for Developmentally Disabled Dual Diagnosis (DDDD) individuals and their families. Individual, family, and group counseling are provided through the program.
