Application process
Call or send an e-mail to request interest in applying for a guide dog. A staff member will reach out to the applicant to gather all necessary eligibility information. An application will then be mailed out if the applicant is eligible for the program.
Fee
None. The agency also covers transportation and room/board during the two weeks of training. A stipend is provided for veterinary care, and additional financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
