Description
Organizing programs and events aimed at educating and providing resources for local residents, the initiative brings in outside professionals to address topics relevant for older adults, their families, and caregivers. Events encompass fall prevention, exercise classes tailored for those aged 60 and above, such as Fun-to-be-Fit, Chair Yoga, and Tai Chi, and memory care workshops aimed at enhancing memory capacity and raising awareness about dementia and Alzheimer's disease signs.
