Description

Assists with specialized federal tax-related services at the IRS taxpayer assistance center in Cherry Hill, encompassing account inquiries, adjustments, alien clearances, application for taxpayer assistance order, basic tax law assistance, aid in preparing Form 2290, individual taxpayer identification numbers and Form W-7, multilingual assistance, payment arrangements, payments, procedural inquiries, solutions to tax issues, and tax forms. Note that tax return preparation services are no longer available at these centers and are redirected to other resources such as free file and VITA.
