DISCOVER Program | Archway Programs

Provides a safe, consistent, structured, and nurturing environment for children facing serious mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges, where Archway Programs staff recognize their unique strengths and help them overcome obstacles through coping and social skills. Many of the youth face a range of emotional, social, and behavioral health issues, such as mood swings, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, thought disorders, psychosis, impulsivity, aggression, anger, hyperactivity, inattention, suicidal thoughts or attempts, and other behaviors that endanger themselves or others.

Partial care youth services are paid for when medically indicated by Medicaid or NJ Family Care.

Eligibility

Children between the age of 12-18 who have behavior and/or emotional as a result of a mental health concern issues causing interference in their daily living are eligible for these programs.
