Description

Provides assistance for older adults, people with disabilities and other vulnerable individuals. These individuals are unable to act on their own behalf or manage their own affairs, or who are in immediate danger due to physical or emotional abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, self-neglect or abandonment.

Aims to provide an opportunity for self-sufficiency to individuals and families through economic and social service programs designed for this purpose. Provides a variety of financial, medical and social services to persons and families who meet the necessary program criteria.
