Description

Provides complete and comprehensive care for people age 55 and older who live in Mercer or parts of Northern Burlington Counties and medically qualify for the program. PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Provide all medical care including nursing and doctor care, physical and occupational therapy, recreation and spiritual care, and transportation to and from all medical appointments. All medications provided.
