Application process
Visit the website to download a Homebound Customer Certification form to be filled out by a physician. Once submitted, consumers can request books by calling, using the online book catalog, or in-person. Items are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Fees
A service fee of $1.00 per mailed item will be charged to the customer's library account. There is no fee for homebound customers. A Homebound Customer Certification form must be completed by a physician.
