Eligibility
Applicants must:- Have a Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) card;- Be ages 65 or older, with annual income of less than $26,575 (single person) or $32,582 (married persons);- Have no current dental insurance or Medicaid benefits
