Description

Handles complaints from individual consumers against local businesses by assisting consumers from fraudulent business practices in the sale of goods and services through the enforcement of the NJ Consumer Fraud Act and its supplemental regulations. Consumer complaints are handled through mediation, investigation and litigation.
