Application process
Walk-in for services.For the back to school program, families can begin requesting supplies 3 weeks before school starts. Proof of income, proof of residency, Social Security cards, and birth certificates are required for these programs.
Eligibility
Open to low income individuals and families in Irvington. In order to be eligible for utility assistance through this program, applicants cannot be currently receiving USF utility assistance benefits.
