Provides a program ensuring New Jersey residents with hearing loss, irrespective of economic status, access telecommunications and visual alerting home safety equipment for independent living.

Provides education, advocacy, and direct services to the deaf and hard of hearing specialists assist in overcoming language barriers, providing support, information, and linking individuals to resources. Emphasizing principles such as putting people first, confidentiality, accessibility, empowerment, accountability, and clarity of purpose, DDHH specialists strive to eliminate obstacles and empower consumers.
