Eligible individuals can apply to the "Equipment Distribution Program" for assistance, receiving communication devices free of cost from the DDHH upon meeting requirements. Available devices include Amplified Telephone, CapTel, Hearing Carry Over (HCO) Telephone, Smoke Detector, Baby Cry Alert System, and Artificial Larynx Device (ALD).
