Immigration Assistance | Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark - Adult Services
Providing representation and assistance, the Immigration Assistance Program is authorized to represent clients before the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and the Immigration Courts. Staffed with bilingual counselors and attorneys, services include representation in removal proceedings, guidance on immigration and citizenship matters, such as citizenship applications, family reunification, employment-based applications, Visa applications, and refugee travel documents, along with translation services for documents and photographs.

Application process
Consultations on Tuesdays from 9:00am - 11:00am and Thursdays from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.No appointment necessary.
Fee
There is a $45 consultation fee (paid by money order) and additional fees may apply depending on the type of work needed. Please bring paperwork about your situation to the consultation.No one denied service for inability to pay.
