Description

Provides a home visitation program that supports expectant mothers and parents of children up to 5 years of age. A parent educator visits the client's home to offers hearing, vision, cognitive, social, emotional, speech and motor development screenings. Linkage to community resources, personal home visits, peer support, education and parenting skills-development through monthly group connections meetings.
