Must be age 18 or older to apply. Assistance will cover up to 5 pets per household. Applicants must also agree to the following: - Must not be keeping pets for the purpose of breeding or selling - Must agree not to take on any additional animals while receiving assistance - In most cases, pets must be spayed or neutered, either prior to or immediately following assistance - Must provide proof of need, including at least one of the following: * Medicaid * Food stamps * Energy assistance * Housing assistance * Permanent disability * No residence (residing at a shelter) * Unemployment * Disaster assistance * Other situation, at Kibble Cupboard's discretion
