Upon arrival at the facility, applicants will be asked to present a valid form of picture ID showing name and age. Also, applicants must bring a proof of family/household annual income. Individuals who can show that they have a lower income level may qualify for a reduced weekly fee.Proof of family / household income may include pay stubs, W-2s, income tax returns, unemployment stubs, and welfare stubs.

The program accepts Medicaid. An initial admission fee of $80.00 is required at admission for non-Medicaid patients. Patients who can present a current Medicaid card or verification of active enrollment in the Medicaid program are not required to pay an admission fee. A sliding scale fee system is available. State funding, the Fee for Service Initiative (FFS), and the Medication Assisted Treatment Initiative (MATI) may also be available. Please call for more information.

Offers supervised, structured programs that offer a wide range of intensive outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager and may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, dscial and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, program for family members, relapse prevention services, continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).

Organization for Recovery

Organization for Recovery is a non profit treatment program primarily designed to treat opioid addiction to individuals 18 years and older through medication assisted treatment. OFR also offers a medication assisted treatment for those individuals who are able to pursue recovery goals with minimal support. Individual and group counseling available. IRDC, DCPP and Drug court assessments and evaluations
