Application process

If applying for TANF you will meet with a child support staff member and must cooperate before being found eligible to receive TANF. If applying for non-public assistance child support services, please make application with the Family Division at the Monmouth County Courthouse.

Description

Assists custodial parents in locating an absent parent, establishing paternity, obtaining and enforcing court orders for child support payments. Helps with the establishment and enforcement of out-of-state child support orders.
