Establish a confidential, non-judgmental hotline to assist individuals grappling with heroin or prescription painkiller addiction. Provide a safe space for support from certified professionals, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADCs). These counselors are trained to assess personal situations, offer guidance, and facilitate honest discussions. They assist in creating personalized relapse prevention plans, addressing triggers and cravings, and provide real-time information on accessing opioid addiction treatment. Additionally, staff conducts follow-up calls for ongoing support, and a peer warmline is available for concerned family members or friends.
