Description

Provides resources toward community-based suicide prevention effort to meet the needs of veterans, active service members and their families through outreach. Suicide prevention services and connection to VA and Community resources.

Provices assistance to young adults and homeless veterans to assist as they continue their recovery from debilitating mental illness and substance abuse. Assisting in housing-plus-services for the mentally-ill and the Hope for Veterans Program.
